He even makes the air quotes around "health" a second time in case you missed it the first time.
Luckily his family has enough money that if any of his daughters ever had a complication related to pregnancy, they would be able to pay for any necessary care from early on, and would be much less likely to wind up in a situation where they might have to make a choice between saving the womanapos;s life or the babyapos;s. Luckily for him. But he doesnapos;t seem to display one shred of understanding or care that someone else might have to face that choice.
